Our City Love & Hope Foundation accomplished our aim to plant 100,000 trees by 2016. Partnering with Forest Resource Environment Development and Conservation Association (FREDA) and we have planted 50,000 trees from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, in September CLHF planted 18,000 trees at Hlawga Natural Garden, ShwePyi Thar Township.
On 18th December, 2016, 40,000 trees were planted in No.3 Idonkun Arena, Mawyawgyi Local Community Forest, Kyauktakhar Township in BagoYoma. We’ve reduced average 3,800,000 plastic bags annually through our No Plastic Bag Day program and from the proceeds of sales from NPBD Reusable bags and plastic bags, we spend in tree planting to keep our earth stay healthy.
