The Group holding company was formed in 2019 under the new Myanmar Companies Law. We took this measured step to restructure all our family-owned businesses which have been operating for more than twenty-four years. Our individual businesses started as early as 1996 with our first City Mart Supermarket at Yangon Aung San Stadium. In the following year, Pahtama Group was founded for mass market retail distribution nationwide. Subsequently, City Properties and Premium Distribution were established in 2006 and 2010 respectively. Currently, each of our business sectors are market leaders in their respective industries.  While increasing our footprint in the market, we take into account the impact our actions have on our employees, customers, society, and the environment. Looking into the future and taking into consideration the bigger scheme, we pledge to be part of building a new Myanmar as a socially responsible organization with rapid growth that all stakeholders can be proud of.
